同家每月有火船二次係招工主人代為要寄 在荷蘭屬蘇利南地方之時鴨邊但安或他代理者須以仁愛寬待每個禮拜按期發工銀如各工人欲寄信

必須時時老誠忠厚按時勤慎作工及須恭敬從順所立合同主人 菜地一段給與工人自用若有妻則供給食用于其妻但無工銀如男女遇有病不作工之時則無人工但給食用而已 遵照此約蚴慎作工之時每月由鴨邊但安發給工銀六大員或照該處通用之銀值價六員並供給住屋醫藥

以上所開議定各款規條彼此均已知悉自應恪遵不失恐口無憑情甘立此合同約據各執一紙存照

自上船之日起船上木脚路上所需之衣服飲食均係鴨邊但安備辦不須自出

到荷蘭風蘇利南地方之日起計每一年作工三百日每個禮拜作工六日另該處官府所定之時節准其停工 在荷蘭屬蘇利南地方須遵鴨邊但安吩咐在山西或行内作工每日作工均以八點鐘爲度以五年爲期由船
